CAGE BIRD PRIZES.

The pretty little Australian budgeridgar, or love bird, as a household pet is becoming more popular all over the world, they are excellent mimics and their talking capabilities would make some parrots green with envy. They have found their way into the hearts of many Palmerstonians, and several successful local exhibitors at various North Island shows have reason to feel proud of their achievements The latest to report success is M r Malcolm Watson, who secured two first prizes-and one second prize at tho recent North Island Show held at Auckland winch _ is probably one of the biggest of its kind held in New Zealand.
