DIVORCE ACTION. NEW YORK, June 2. The Los Angeles representative of the United Press Association states that a reconciliation between Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks, which has been rumoured for months, appeared more unlikely than ever today, as the former pressed her action for her pending divorce complaint. She wants a Court order permitting her to serve notice on Fairbanks of her divorce action by publication. She submitted an affidavit that he left California on May 23, 1933, and has not returned.
