DEPUTY-GOVERNOR’S APPOINTAIENT. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, June 3. At the last meeting of the Otago branch of the Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants a resolution was passed expressing strong disapproval of the appointment of a man of 63 years of age to the position of Deputy-Gov-ernor of the Reserve Bank, thus overlooking the claims of younger and more energetic men.
