ISLANDS TRAGEDY.
LANDSLIDE ON HOUSE. Reoeived May 25, 1.10 p.m. SUVA, May 25. Torrential rains fell on the island of Ovalau on Monday night, being the greatest in living memory. A landslide covered the road for 100 yards to a depth of 12 feet. It destroyed a dwelling and buried an Indian farmer and his w’ife and daughter. Their bodies have not yet been recovered.
