STORMS DAMAGE WHEAT.
ON CANADIAN PRAIRIES. Received Alay 11, 1.20 p.m. WINNIPEG, Alay 10. AYind storms over an area 20 miles wide and 15 miles deep across the prairies are causing heavy damage to wheat. In some eases the fields have been reseeded twice. It is generally agreed that indications in Saskatchewan and Alberta point to a short crop.
