COMPETITION WITH JAPAN.
Received April 20, 1.15 p.m. LONDON, April 19. At a meeting of the Imperial Chemical Industries, Sir Harry McGowan summed up the remedies for Japanese competition as efficiency of organisation, currency stabilisation and cooperation with the Japanese producers with whom there should be a closer discussion.
