FORMER HUSBAND SUED
ALLEGED BREACH OF PROMISE. Received April 19, 10.20 a.m. PERTH, April 19 : The unusual case of a woman suing her former husband for breach of promise came before the Supreme Court, when Cynoke Hubbard claimed £73 special damages and others damages from Claude Hubbard, from whom she was divorced in 1928. The case is partly heard.
