THE WHEAT SURPLUS
FLOUR REDUCTION ADVOCATED. Received April 17, 12.37 p.m. ROME, April 16. The Wheat Conference discussed milling extraction and denaturing but reached no conclusion owing to varying conditions in different countries. It suggested that a 10 per cent, reduction in flour production would speedily remove the wheat surplus.
