TELEGRAPHIC CHARGES.
DUNEDIN PROTEST. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, April 17. The Chamber of Commerce passed a. resolution protesting against the new scale of telegraphic charges and urging that in future, where there was no matter of urgency, the business community should be given the opportunity of making recommendations in connection with charges that so vitally affected it.
