ELLSWORTH TO RETURN. WASHINGTON, April 14. Mr Lincoln Ellsworth says that he has decided to return to the south. He adds that October and November are the best months for flying in Antarctica. HEARD IN LONDON. LONDON, April 14. Listeners heard relayed from America a progress report by the Byrd Expedition from the Bay of Whales. Reception was surprisingly good.
