GERMAN SECRET POLICE.
FANATICAL LEADER. BERLIN, April 15. Herr Diehls, Inspector-General of Secret Police, has been dismissed and replaced by Herr Hinder, a fanatical Hitlerite who will brook no opposition. Herr Diehls was a young man of liberal tendencies who treated prisoners humanely.
