AUCKLAND DISTRICT lAIPROYEMENT. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, April 15. An increase of £66,131, of 4.77 per cent., in the total revenue is shown in the traffic returns for the Auckland railway district for the year ended Alarcli 31. Tn the previous year there was a decrease of £186.352, while for the 1931-32 period the drop was £292,679. The Auckland railway district includes Rotorua and Bay of Plenty branches and all the lines between Frankton and Opua. The greatest increase has occurred in the receipts for goods, revenue under this heading having risen from £1.015.181 to £1,054,332, a difference of £39,141. or 3.86 per cent. Increases in other branches include passengers £24,353, or 9.3 per cent.
