TO AVERT REVOLUTION,
(United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received April 5, 8.55 a.m. PARIS, April 4. The Royalist leader, Charles Maurras, lias published under a four-column heading in the Action Francaise an open call for civil war. He appeals for millions of francs to arm the Royalists. The leader alleges that Russia and Germany are arming the Socialists and Communists, for which the middle classes must acquire machine-guns to avert a revolution.
