NEW YORK, March 12. Declining to comment on the London dispatch that she had talked over the transatlantic telephone last night with Douglas Fairbanks, Miss Mary Pickford said: “Really I cannot discuss that.”
“Is it true that you and Mr Fairbanks arc about to be reconciled?” Miss Pickford countered with: “Where did you get any such information ?” Miss Pickford announced that she expected to return to Hollywood and the pictures within a few days.
