RADIO GREETINGS.

NEW YORK TO BYRD. NEW YORK, March 11. The New York Times broadcast radio greetings to the Byrd Expedition through the short wave station at Schenectady. The vice-president (Mr Arthur Sulzberger), Messrs Julius Ochs, Adler John l l 'in ley (associate editor), and Russell Owen, correspondent for the first Byrd. Antarctic Expedition, spoke. Personal greetings from relatives of the expedition’s members were also sent.
