MAN ON REMAND. Per Press Association. INVERCARGILL, Dec. 2. Arrested for burglary at the Single Profit Stores at Otautau, Eric Anthony Bulman, aged 23, made a dash for liberty, but was recaptured after an exciting chase over a mile. This morning on the way from the cells to the Court be made another dash with tlie police in hot pursuit, in the course of which he attempted to leap over the Puni Creek, but fell in and was recaptured. Appearing in his wet and muddy clothes, he was remanded for a week and .was taken to the cells handcuffed to a detective.
