ALLOCATION OF DAMAGES. Per Press Association. WAIHI, Nov, 30. The assessors allocated this morning the following amounts to nine of the men injured when a cage fell over 1000 feet at the Waihi mine on July 26, the awards in all cases being below the amounts claimed, which totalled over £4ooo:—Arnold, £203 and costs £l6 13s; S.
