WEST NEW SOUTH WALES. Received November 30, 9.55 a.m. SYDNEY, Nov. 30. About seventeen of railway line between Gipps and Kanalgo were washed away in a terrific downpour or rain. Railway traffic to Broken Hill was disorganised. The rainfall in the far west was without parallel. Areas that had been dry for years are now inundated as a result of a monsoonal storm. Floods are expected in tlie Upper Darling.
