MR GANDHI’S WIFE.
AGAIN UNDER ARREST. CALCUTTA, Nov. 28. Mrs Gandhi, and a Congress leader’s wife and two other women were arrested at Nadiad railway station, Bombay, while they were engaged in distributing Congress propaganda urging the non-payment of taxes.
