WHEAT SUBMERGED.
SNOAVS IN SIBERIA. Received November 30, 9.10 a.m. RIGA, Nov. 29. Early snows have submerged a quarter of a million acres of unreaped grain and destroyed great quantities of unstacked wheat in A\ r estern Siberia in the Urals and the black soil areas.
