AVIATION AND PROPAGANDA

Th© Manchester Guardian’s Geneva correspondent says the German Treasury. statement shows an aviation expenditure of £5,000,000 for 1933, as. compared with £2,500,000 in 1932. Propaganda cost £480,000, as compared with £95,000 the previous year.
