SENSATIONAL BOEING.

CANZONERI BEATS CHOCOLATE NEW YORK, Nov. 25.

In one of the most sensational lightweight bouts for years, Tony Canzoneri, former title-holder, knocked out Kid Chocolate, the Cuban, after 2 minutes and 30 seconds of the second round of a scheduled ten-round fight. It was Chocolate’s first knock-out in 211 bouts, and resulted from a terrific right-handed blow to the chin by Canzoneri. Chocolate desperately attempted to rise on the counts of eight and nine, but his senses were numbed and he fell back helplessly. Canzoneri weighed 9st 71b and Chocolate 9st 41b.
