STORMS IN QUEENSLAND.
TWO MEN DROWNED. Received November 27, 9.10 a.m. BRISBANE, Nov. 27. Ernest Sheedy, aged 49, and Lis son William, aged 18, were drowned in a flooded creek on their farm at Dalby after heavy rains and violent storms swept the Dalby area. Several washaways occurred on the railway line near Murgon. A severe hailstorm struck Rosewood, when windows were smashed and vegetable and fruit crops ruined.
