VISCOUNT LONG’S APPOINTMENT. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Nov. 20. Viscount Long, second lieutenant of the Coldstream Guards reserve of officers, has been appointed aide-de-camp on the Governor-General’s staff. He u to take up his duties next. January.
Viscount Long, it will be remembered, was married in London last week.
