OPINION IN GERMANY

Tho newspapers give prominence to tho Japanese War Minister, General Araki’s, suggestion for a Far Eastern peace conference and a non-aggression pact with Russia. A semi-official opinion has been expressed that the conference would Ik; of tho greatest value in overhauling tho Nine Power and Washington Pacts and the London and Washington Naval Treaties, bringing Japanese policy within the framework of international politics.
