LONDON, Nov. I. The correspondent of tho Daily Mail ut Pokin who lias returned from a visit to the Jehol Province, emphasises tho steady development since the .Japanese occupied it in March. The railway has been extended inland toward Shuoyang, 70 miles from tho coast, and should reach John! city in 1934. Eour omnibuses, escorted by military, run weekly from Ghinebow to Jehol city, and four mail aeroplanes llv'weekly between Jehol and Mukden. Customs posts have boon established along the Great Wall.
