ARMISTICE DAY.

PLANS FOR LONDON. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Oct. 31. Representative detachments of the Royal Navy, Army and Royal Air Force, the merchant navy and fishing fleets, together with a contingent of exservicemen and women, will march to the Cenotaph and form a hollow square on Armistice Day.

Before the ceremony wreaths will l>e placed at the base of the Cenotaph by the King and the Prince of "Wales. Other wreaths will bo laid on behalf of the members of the Royal Family, Empire Governments, and Services.
