FLIGHT TO DOMINION. Received November 2, 10.15 a.m, SIDNEY, Nov. 2. Sir Charles Kingsford Smith stated that he would compete in the Melbourne centenary air race and then bo did not regard flying to New Zealand as long-distance flying. He would renounce long-distance flying, as the journey could be made by daylight. He hoped to leave for New Zealand early in January.
