ATTITUDE TO LEAGUE.
CHANGE IN UNITED STATES
A high United States official is quoted by the Geneva correspondent of the Daily Mail as stating that the Japanese question was slowly but surely bringing the United States into the' League of Nations.
The official said that an additional influence in that direction would be likely to result from official recognition of the Soviet by America.
