BAROSCOPE SCORES AGAIN. MARECHAL THE SPRINT. Per Press Association. PAEROA, Oct. 28. The Taumarunui Racing Club’s meeting was concluded at Paeroa to-day. Totalisator investments were £10,750 10s, making the total for the meeting, £19,016 10s. The meeting was hold last year on the Taumarunui course. An inquiry was held into the running of Valpeen compared with his effort on the first day. No action was taken. There was also an inquiry into Chief Clerk- getting left in the Novice Handicap, but the occurrence was found to bo accidental.
