MEMBER FOR PALMERSTON. (By Telegraph.—Special to Standard.) WELLINGTON, Sept. 26. Mr J. A. Nash (Palmerston) is carryjug out the duties of Senior Reform Whip in the House of Representatives. This position was held by Mr J. Bitcliener prior to his appointment as Minister of Public Works, Mr Nash being Junior Whip. Palnierston’s member has had a long experience as Whip and possesses the popularity essential in those holding this responsible position.
