The train will lcavd Wellington at 6.5 a.m., Shannon 8.45, Palmerston North 9.18 a.m., arriving Napier at 1.20 p.m. A return excursion train will leave Napier at 5.0 , p.m. on Sunday. October 1, but excursionists may stay the full week-end and return by the NapierWellington express on Monday, October 2. The early running on Saturday has been arranged in order to arrive at Napier in ample time to ensure excursionists viewing the representative football match, Hawke’s Bay v. Wellington.
