Satoh now meets Tidball (United States) and the winner will then play the victor of the other semifinal match between Perry (England) and Stoeffen (United States), which will be played on Saturday. Tidball, who is the United States inter-collegiate champion, yesterday beat Vines, I—6,1 —6, 6 —4, 6 —5.
