ADVANCE IN CARGOES. Received September 19, 12.30 i*tm. LONDON, Sept. 18. Wheat cargoes are steadier on North American advices and the improvement in the dollar, and sellers have advanced their limits by 3d to (id, but, owing to the recovery of the sterling, buyers are unwilling to follow. Parcels are being held for an advance of 3d to 6d and trading is poor. Futures: —London, September, 21s 3d; December, 22s 3d; February, 22s 6d per quarter. Liverpool: October, 4s lOd ; December, 5s lid; March, 5s 31 d; May, 5s sfd per cental.
