A SOVIET PROTEST.

The Soviet has protested to Manchukuo regarding bandit raids on the Chinese Eastern Railway, demanding urgent measures for the release of Russians captured on September 10. when a train was wrecked and looted near Pogranichnaya. The passengers and crew were kidnapped, 60 passengers, including women and children, being carried to the hills.
