8 ! PLANS FOR VESSELS, Per Press Association. ! WELLINGTON, Sep| 12. Advice from Rear-Admiral jR. E. Byrd states that the Antractii Expedition ships Pacific Fir and tar of Oakland will leave Boston oil September 25 for Dunedin. One hundred dogs will be tarried on the Pacific Fir, which will fact as supply ship and remain north fif the ice pack. The Bear of Oaklarl will carry supplies' from her through the Ross Sea to the base at Little America. The ships will reach Dunedin early in November.
