SPECIAL ORDER CONFIRMED. POWER BOARD’S DECISION. BRIEF FINAL DISCUSSION. The Manawatu-Oroua Power Board, on the motion of the chairman (Mr C. G. C. Dermei-) this afternoon took the final step, after a brief discussion, in imposing a rate over the city of Palmerston North.

Seconded by Mr W. P.
