WELLINGTON, Sept. 4

After studying abroad for three years Dr. A. C. Keys lias returned to Wellington. Dr. Keys is the first New Zealander to return to this country with a doctorate of the University of Paris. Dr. Keys’s successes in France also include a diploma of higher studies in classical languages from the Sorbonne and a certificate of spoken French “avec mention tres honorable” from the Phonetic Institute of Paris.
