AMATEUR ATHLETES

VISIT TO DOMINION. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Sept. 4. If a learn of amateur athletes visits New Zealand next year plenty of good men should be available, according to advice received by the council of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association to-night. Mr E. S. Marks, the representative of the N.Z.A.A.A. in Australia, wrote stating that it would be impossible for Metcalfe to visit the Dominion before the middle of February, but no doubt he would be able to make the trip about that time.
