ITALY AND RUSSIA.

TERMS OF PACT. ROME, Sept. 3. The Italo-Russian pact, which has been signed by Signor Mussolini and tile Soviet Ambassador, is identical with the Franco-Russian pact, except that it does not define “aggressor.” It provides that the signatories shall not have recourse to arms under any circumstances. Aggression by one of the signatories .against another State permits denunciation of the pact. The signatories agree not to participate in commercial and political agreements prejudicing either.
