ARREST OF NAZIS. OUTRAGES - UNABATED. (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) Received June 14, 9.15 a.m. VIENNA, June 13. Herr Habicht, regarded as HenHitler’s chief emissary in Austria, was arrested in an apartment at Linz after a violent struggle. The arrests of German Nazis now total eighty. Another dynamite outrage occurred at Vienna, when several shops were damaged. Herr Dolfuss, the Premier, is returning to Vienna from London to-morrow owing to the Austrian crisis. WARNING TO AUSTRIA. Received June 14, 1.45 p.m. BERLIN, June 14. It is officially stated that the Government reserves action against Austria in connection with tho latter’s refusal to release Herr Habicht. STEPS FOR SECURITY. CONCENTRATION OF POLICE. SUPPRESSION” OF NAZIS. Received June 14, 8.5 a.m. VIENNA, June 13. Cabinet has appointed Commissars with plenary powers in Vienna and the provincial centres, who will be responsible to the Government regarding security. The Ministers have issued proclamations forbidding army and police membership by Nazis owing to alleged treasonable and illegal methods. Seven thousand police are concentrated on Vienna with machine guns, covering the chief buildings in readiness to deal with disturbances. The police raided at Herr Hitler’s birthplace at Braunau, tho local Brown House, and arrested a Nazi leader. TALK OF INTERVENTION. Received June 14, 2.10 p.m. VIENNA, June 14. The public doubt the official denials that Herr Dolfuss lias requested Britain and other Powers to intervene in the Austro-German conflict.
