ANTARCTIC TRIP.
MR ELLSAA’ORTH’S VENTURE. WASHINGTON, June 12. The National Geographic Society has presented a flag to the polar aviator, Mr Lincoln Ellsworth, to be taken on his Antractic expedition; it has also awarded him a certificate of life membership. Mr Ellsworth will sail shortly for Norway to prepare his equipment. Thereafter he will return to America, and late in the summer sail for. New Zealand from San Francisco.
