Per Press Association. WESTPORT, June 13. The Supreme Court has been occupied for the best part of two days in hearing a claim by Janet McNeil, of

Millerton, against the New Zealand Commercial Assurance Co. fbr £350 on a house and £l5O on furniture destroyed by fire on November 14, 1932. At the conclusion of the hearing Mr Justice Blair commented strongly on the action of defendants in alleging arson and not attempting to support the allegation with evidence.
