TWO CASES REMANDED,

Hughie James Trask aged 27, appeared before Mr J. L. Stout, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court to-day charged with attempting to steal at Feilding, on May 1, 175 sacks, the property of Robert James Managh. On the application of JBenior-Hetective Quirke, accused was remanded to appear again on May 17. Arthur Howard was charged with being deemed, at Taihape on May 6, an idle and disorderly person, with insufficient lawful visible means of sup port. Accused was remanded until May 12.
