The organisation of this scheme has already begun at Dortmund, with 80,000 school children. Thereafter civil service candidates and undergraduates and eventually the entire population will be included.

Laws will shortly be promulgated directed at racial improvement by prohibiting intcr-racial marriages and prescribing the-separation of the populace into families whose offspring arc desirable or undesirable. The logical consequence is the sterilisation of criminals and defectives.

Tho objective will be for generations, but it is considered the Government is conscious of its responsibilities and must think in generations.

SUBMISSION TO HITLER.

BERLIN, May 5. Tho entire organised manual and office labour of Germany has capitulated, awed by the Nazis’ seizure of the trade unions with three and a half million members. All others have unreservedly submitted to Herr Hitler’s leadership. With tho idea of moulding better citizenship, for which compulsory labour camps are a vital qualification, £130,000 German youth bom after January 1, 1913, will attend the first camp for six months’ service. The Controller, Colonel Hierl, foreshadows military conscription thereafter. The completion of kith services will be a necessary qualification for permission to marry. Tho men in the camps will be engaged in improving agricultural lands, restoring barren areas and making roads, but all manufacturing ventures are taboo.

BOYCOTT OF LEIPZIG

FUR TRADE TO LONDON

LONDON, May 5. European fur traders, 90 per cent, of whom are Jewish, have decided to boycott the Leipzig fur market. The buyers are coming to London instead for the sales, which commence on Monday, thus diverting trade aggregating £7,000,000 a year to London. . It is anticipated that the Leipzig fur trade will be rendered bankrupt.

LONDON, May 5. With the object of enlightening leading English statesmen and others regarding the situation in Germany, Herr Hitler’s lieutenant, Hen- Alfred Rosenberg, head of the new Foreign Political Department, is coming to London. The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Express says' that Herr Rosenberg's mission is one of many that Herr Hitler is organising in an attempt to break the diplomatic isolation in which Germany finds herself.

LONDON, May 4. The Paris correspondent of the Morning Post savs that importance is attached to Herr Hitler’s conference with the Polish Minister at Berlin.
