PA 111 AT CA. April 4. A very successful garden parly v, a; held at the Methodist parsonage on Saturday afternoon in connection with the W.C.T.L. Cradle Roll. Mrs P. Hansen, the cradle | roil superintendent, was in charge of the proceedings. 'lhe party was held for the I purpose or bringing together the mothers j of the cradle roll. A number of the Band j of Hope members were also present. Sev- j era! of the children gave items, and Mrs • H. Paterson gave a short address on the cradle roll work. Rev. W. B. Pickering - , j Rev. K. L. Warren and Mr G. L. Stafford 1 took charge of the children’s games. A 1 dainty afternoon tea was served by j W.C.T.U. members. A vote of thanks to i Mr and Mrs Pickering brought an enjoy- > able afternoon to a close.
