Received March 10, 10.30 a.m. CANBERRA, March 10. An official proclamation exempts from primage duty fish caught by Australian trawlers outside Australian waters. The proclamation is a sequel to trawlers’ recent operations in New Zealand waters, which raised official doubts as to whether their catches were liable to primage.
