mm M l anng .that it is impossible to compete against Japanese dumping ctics, Alessrs E. D. Sassoon and Company, Bombay textile mill-owners, Imve issued notices of dismissal to their employees in nine mills and a dye-works. They will close down on February 11.
The firm is one of the biggest in Bombay, and employs 40,000 operatives. 1
