It was decided that the matter be left in the hands of the Mayor and Cr. Hodgens to interview Mr J. F. Carter to ascertain what guarantee the company is prepared to offer in regard to the form of revenue the council is likely to receive to cover interest and depreciation on the expenditure to provide the facilities the company required at the works.
