MARKET REPORT.
The Dominion Auctioneering Coy. report having a large yarding of pigs and an extra large yarding of poultry for their mart salo on Saturday. A largo number of buyers woro present, bidding was keen, and prices realised wore slightly highor than tho previous week’s. Realisations woro as follow: —Pigs: AVeaners, 9s 6d to 12s; slips, 13s to 14s; stores, 16s to 19s; porkers, to 21s 6d. Poultry: Cockerels, AV.L., 3s to 5s per pair; cockerels, 8.0., 3s 6d to 7s 6d per pair; table hens, 2s lOd to 4s 8d per pair; roosters, 5s to 6s per pair; ducks, 3s to 5s 4d per pair; ducklings, 5s to 7s per pair; choose, 5s 6d to 8s per pair; hens, with 14 chicks, 14s 6d each; turkey gobblers, 7s to 10s each; turkoy hens, 4s to 6s each.
